Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons Vermont maple syrup
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and belnd until combined!
