Ingredients

FOCCACIA STYLE CRUST

1 TBSP Honey

2 cups warm water

1 TBSP active dry yeast

1TBSP kosher salt

1TBSP Oil

5 cups Flour

 

PIZZA TOPPINGS

2 cups Pizza Sauce

3 cups Mozzerella cheese

2 medium Diced Red Onion

4 cups Blanched Broccoli

3 Large Diced Green Pepper

4 cups Whole Kernal Corn

3 Large Diced Orange Pepper

4 containers Cherry tomato halves

Preparation Instructions

FOCCACIA STYLE CRUST

Dissolve honey in warm water, then sprinkle yeast over the top.  Let stand for 5 minutes until the yeast softens and begins to grow.

Stir in salt, oil, and 5 cups flour mix until dough comes together.  Knead on well floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes

Lightly oil large bowl and put dough into bowl, turning to coat all sides with oil.  Cover and let rise approx 20minutes

Pre heat oven to 375

Spread dough onto cookie sheets in the shape desired.  Top with sauce and cheese. 

Next layer the vegetables in the following order Onion, Brocooli, Green Pepper, Corn, Orange Pepper and Cherry Tomatoes

Baked Pizza in oven for approx 25 - 35 minutes, checking crust until done.
