Ingredients

Red peppers, cut into one inch peices

Red onion, cut into one inch peices

Jerusalem artichoke, cut into one inch peices

Ground vegetarian sausage

Sweet potato, cut into 1/2  inch slices

Carrot, cut into 1/2  inch slices

2 cloves garlics, minced

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Spiced fruit

1 egg

Herbs and spices: (parsley, cilantro, basil, oregano, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, garlic powder, pepper)

 dash of hot sauce

Olive oil

Lemon

Yogurt dipping sauce

For the Pita:

Mix of whole wheat and all-purpose flour

Yeast

Sugar, salt, olive oil

Preparation Instructions

 

Kebabs:

Cut vegetables and place on skewers.

Combine vegetarian sausage with lemon juice, herbs, garlic, and other ingredients and form into balls. Place on skewers.

Cook in skillet until sausage and vegetables are cooked

Pita:

Combine flour, oil, water, and yeast and allow dough to rise.  

Roll out into disks and bake in oven for Pitas.

Mix up dipping sauces and serve kebab on pita.

Enjoy and eat together.
