Fresh Pasta with a Vegetable Garlic Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

1 cup Butternut Squash

Kale

1 head broccoli

2 carrots

1 large leek

3 cloves garlic

3 cups flour

3 eggs

Olive oil

salt

1 sweet potato

Butter

Cream cheese

Parmesean Cheese

Milk

white pepper

Pasta:  Flour, egg, water

 

 

 

Preparation Instructions

Sauce

milt 1/2 c butter, add 8 ozs. cream cheese

Add 2 cups milk a little at at time  Stir constantly

Stir in 6 ozs Parmesean cheese and 1/4 tsp white pepper add the prepared vegetables

Stir contantly until thick and creamy.

Serve over pasta

 

Pasta is made the traditional way incorpoating the eggs into the flour, determining the flour as needed.
