Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 c. flout, 1/2 c cornmeal, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1 T. baking powder, 3/4 c milk, taco sauce , 1/4 c. oil plus 1 to 2 T. oil for greasing the pan. 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese and 4 oz. cheddar cheese. slice black olives.

Preparation Instructions

preheat oven to 350 degrees. mix in a large bowl with a fork the dry ingredients. stir add slowly milk and oil a little at a time until dough stiffens up or clings to the fork. Grease the cookie sheet and by spoonfuls spread the dough. prick dough with a fork and bake 15 min. or until golden or browning. while baking in a separate bowl grate or mix shredded cheese. let crush cool a few minutes then pour 1/2 cheese over crust. dribble taco sauce add more cheese and bake 15 min or so until it melts. cool and cut into servings sizes.
