oven baked French toast

Ingredients
1 loaf of bread, 1/2 tsp. nutmeg, 8 eggs, 1 1/2 c milk ,1/2c heavy cream, 1/2 c. maple syrup, 1/2 c. orange juice, 1/2 c. brown sugar.
topping: 1/2 c flour, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 tsp. cinnamon. 1/4 tsp. salt, 1 stick of butter.
Preparation Instructions
grease the pan. preheat oven to 350 degrees . add torn or cut up bread pieces. In a bowl whisk eggs. then whisk all liquids and brown sugar with the eggs. pour over the bread. in a separate bowl mix all ingredients but the butter. cut the butter into pieces and use a pastry blender to mix . sprinkle or spoon over the bread. bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. garnish with strawberries and syrup.
