3 cups Rice Wine Vinegar
1 cup Sugar
1 tbsp. Salt
1. Add all ingredients to a sauce pot and bring to a simmer.
2. Whisk until sugar is dissolved, cool and reserve.
*Use this mixture to season the rice and the mango/beets for the sushi
