Ingredients

4 cups                   Sushi Rice
4 cups                   Water
½ cup                    Rice Vinegar Pickle Liquid
1 tbsp.                   Salt

Preparation Instructions

1.Thoroughly rinse rice in a strainer until the water is clear
2. Place rice, water and salt into the rice cooker
3. Steam rice in a rice cooker, make sure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
4. When cooked, transfer to mixing bowl and fluff, season with pickle liquid and reserve.
