Hunting for Ramen

Ingredients

Sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Splash of lime juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
ground black pepper

3 packets of instant ramen noodles

Salt to taste

2 tablespoons canola oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 onion, schopped 
1/2 cup sweet red bell peppers, chopped
1 jalapeno, diced
5 fresh shiitake musrooms, chopped
1 carrot, julienned
1 cup shredded cabbage
1 cup snow peas
1 cup fresh mung beans sprouts
2 scallions, sliced into 1/2 inch pieces 

Preparation Instructions

 Add noodles to boiling water and cook for 45 seconds to a minute.  Just until it breaks up from the square shape.  Not cooking it fully. Drain.

Combine soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and ground black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.

Heat skillet over high heat, add oil and garlic. 

Add onions, bell pepper, jalapeno, mushrooms, carrtos, and cabbage stir fry until nearly cooked. Salt to taste.

Add cooked noodles. Pour sauce over noodles and vegatables.  Add in snow peas, bean sprouts.  Heat everything together until hot. Remove from heat.

Garnish with the scallions and serve.
